2. Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must generally be:

3. Non-Returnable Items

- perishable goods;
- intimate or hygiene-sensitive items once opened;
- sale or clearance items marked as final sale; and

4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

- item(s) you wish to return; and
- reason for the return.
If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return address and any return authorization details if applicable.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused where permitted by law.
6. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or the law requires otherwise:
- customers are responsible for return shipping costs; and
- original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days, subject to bank or payment provider processing times.
